Last week the unthinkable happened…my iPhone screen cracked and Apple do not cover accidental damage as part of their waranty, so a whopping £130 repair bill for me. However when I popped in to the Apple Store in Birmingham at the weekend the nice Genius Bar guys said they would fix it for free since I hadn’t dropped it. (The actually cause of the damage still remains a mystery, though boyfriend has suggested my lipstick in my handbag was responsible.)

Thanks a bunch Apple. I love it when big organisations do something nice for their customers, especially when its me!
